Healthy and delicious snacks

Everybody loves snacking, including me. I eat at least three snacks a day and I also want some variation in what I eat. Grabbing a bag of crisps or candy is every easy but I'll tell you about some healthy alternatives that will stop your cravings and make you feel full. Enjoy!
Fruits, fruits, fruits. I personally love fruit so this is one of the things that I will most likely eat when I'm hungry or bored and just need something to snack om. Fruits provide a lot of vitamins that are good for you and they are also very tasty. There are a bunch of different types of fruits out there so I'm sure there will be a fruit for everyone. Also try to get out of your comfort zone and try new fruits you wouldn't normally buy. This will give you more variation and you might also find your new favorite fruit.
You can also eat fruits with different kind of toppings to keep it fun. Try cutting your apple in little pieces, put some stevia on it or any other natural sweetner, and put it in the microwafe for a short time. This will give you an amazing apple ish healthy snack. You can also slice your appel into parts and put some peanut butter on it. I know peanut butter isn't very low in calories but it isv very tasty and it also has good fats that your body needs. Low in calories doesn't always mean healthy and high in calories doesn't always mean unhealhy.
Make a smoothie. You can mix and match fruits and even veggies into the blender. Add some juice such as water, milk, or a healthy orange juice and blend it all. You can also put some icecubes in it or freeze your fruits and your drink will be very cold tasty. If you put a lot of fruits in your smoothie you can also add some veggies. And I know you think that that will ruin your delicious smoothie but trust me you wont even taste it and it will make your drink even more healthy.
Salad, I personally am not the biggest fan of salad but it can be a very healthy snack if you don't add too much dressing because that is most of the time the most unhealthy thing. So if you are low on dressing or use a low calorie dressing it is a very healthy idea. You can put all different things into your salad and find your personal favorite. There are so many options that I'm sure you will like atleast one of them. Add some grapes and other fruits and make it more like a fruity salad. Or use cucumber and carrots for a more regular salad. Also dressing can make a big change so pick one that you like and is low in calories.
Maybe not one of the most healthy things you can snack on but one thing that I'm addicted to are crackers. I love crackers and could eat them all day. But try to pick ones that don't have too much salt and calories and it won't be a very unhealthy choice. Everyhing is better than a bag of candy.
nuts, nuts are very high in calories but they  have a lot of good fats that your body need to function proprerly so you can easily eat a hand full every day or these delicious things
yoghut with maybe something in it. If you feel very hungry  i suggest this. This will fill you up and if you dont add too much sugar and you make sure that your topping isn't high in fats or sugar either it will be very healthy
You can also eat granola bars or dieting bars. They are sometimes a bit high in sugars but if you seach proprerly you will find some bars that don't have a lot of calories and sugars.
I also think that if you are for example a chocolate addict then you should allow yourself to have a little bit of chocolate everyday. If you are too strict you will give up and binge all the foods that you didn't allow yourself to eat. So make sure you don't feel like it is limiting you. Just try to make healthier choices and never stop eating your favorite things, you are allowed to eat it as long as you don't overeat.
I hope that my tips helped you a little bit on things you can snack on. And remember, Don't stop yourself from having your favorite foods, but just minimize your intake of them.
