Healthy and delicious snacks

Everybody loves snacking, including me. I eat at least three snacks a day and I also want some variation in what I eat. Grabbing a bag of crisps or candy is every easy but I'll tell you about some healthy alternatives that will stop your cravings and make you feel full. Enjoy!

Things I do to stay healthy

I've been trying to get healthy and losing some weight for about 6 weeks now and i can definitely see some results.Ofcourse there is still more than enough to improve but I can already say i made a big improvement in the healthy lifestyle, and I'll tell you some things that I did that helped me.
